Q93 opened in 2014, thanks to a dream that Chef Rob Magee held onto throughout his career. With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Magee has gone on to work as an executive chef for Hilton. In addition, he’s held his own in high-level barbecue competitions and national championships.
